The UK Parkinson’s Disease Society Tissue Bank

Welcome to the UK PDS Tissue Bank at Imperial College site for researchers. This site is primarily for those who have requested tissue from the Tissue Bank for their research. Those who receive tissue from the Tissue Bank will receive a unique login along with the tissue, which will allow them to access case specific information, from our extensive database, on the cases from which they have received tissue. Access by login through this page will allow the researcher to access, case specific, pictures of the brain from which the tissue has come, pictures of the histological stains that have been carried out on the tissue, as well as accessing clinical information, the neuropathological report and information on the sex, age, PM delay etc. In compliance with the data protection act, no personal information is available on the cases.
